MK Racing celebrated a landmark moment in the Ginetta Junior Winter Series as Raul Zunzarren secured the team’s first-ever podium finish in the championship.

Zunzarren produced a fantastic drive, keeping his head while chaos unfolded around him and staying out of trouble when it mattered most. A composed and consistent performance saw him pick his way through the field and bring the MK Racing Ginetta home in a superb podium position.

The result marks the team’s maiden Ginetta Junior podium and provides a huge reward for the hard work of the entire MK Racing crew throughout the season.

It was a race of patience, racecraft and smart decision-making from Zunzarren, who avoided the incidents around him to capitalise when opportunities arose.
